Dear ORBA SuperShow
Exhibitor:
Thank you for being an exhibitor at ORBA’s SuperShow. The response
has been overwhelming and all signs indicate this will be a great
event. We have placed ads on TV, radio and billboards. As a nonprofit
trade association we have free advertising in magazines and on Web
sites all over the southwest. We are placing 50%-off discount coupons
in all of the shops and stores that display our event poster and they
are going rapidly.
Below you will find links to the information you will need to
participate in the ORBA SuperShow. All forms sent to ORBA
must be received no later than February 4.
These documents require that you
have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. 
- Vendor
agreement—If you haven't already sent in your vendor
agreement—including initialing the front page—with payment in
full, we need it ASAP.*
- Information
on nearby hotels and campgrounds—we recommend you make
reservations ASAP where appropriate.
- Insurance
Required: All exhibitors are required to maintain insurance to
fully protect Show Management and its affiliates, co-sponsors,
service contractors and the Del Mar Fairgrounds from any and all
claims arising from Exhibitor’s activities including, but not
limited to, the installation, operation and dismantling of the
designated exhibit space. Insurance requirements are $1,000,000
single occurrence. There must be an endorsement with additional
named insureds, worded as follows:
“The State of California
and the 22nd District Agricultural Association, their
agents, directors, officers, servants and employees and the
Off-Road Business Association as respects operations under this
contract.”
- Sample
insurance certificate.
- Vendor
insurance application—if you do not already have liability
insurance
- Raphael’s
Convention Services has been engaged to provide the following, and
forms should be sent directly to them as indicated:
- Electrical
and telephone/Internet order
forms should be submitted directly to the service vendor as
indicated on the form.
- Badge
request form—please return ASAP* All exhibitor representatives
must have wristbands and
name badges to enter the show
- Door
prize request—please complete and return prior to the show
if providing door prizes*
- Board
of Equalization form BOE-410—please complete and return
prior to the show*
- Fire
Department Regulations—pay particular attention to this,
especially if you will have a vehicle in the show
- Directions/Arrival
and departure instructions
